【摘要】目的：研究与分析霉菌性阴道炎以个体化护理措施进行干预的护理效果及对患者预后感染的预防作用。方法：选取2020年6月—2022年3月就诊的90例霉菌性阴道炎患者，按照随机数字表法分组，常规组采用基础护理，实验组采用个体化护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：实验组各项症状缓解时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)；干预后，实验组自我护理能力评分较常规组更高(P<0.05)；实验组治疗依从性明显高于常规组(P<0.05)；实验组疾病复发率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：霉菌性阴道炎患者实施个体化护理措施可对患者症状缓解、治疗依从性等产生促进作用，且有助于预防预后感染。
