【摘要】目的：观察重症监护室(ICU)高血压护理中营养护理方式对患者胃肠功能及营养状况的影响。方法：选取本院2022年1月—2023年10月收治的83例ICU高血压患者进行回顾分析，以不同营养护理方式将患者分为两组，A组41例采用低热量肠内营养干预，B组42例采用完全肠外营养干预，比较两组营养指标、营养状态以及胃肠功能。结果：A组干预后血红蛋白、血清白蛋白与前白蛋白均高于B组(P<0.05)；A组干预后改良定量整体主观评分均低于B组(P<0.05)；干预后，A组胃泌素低于B组，生长抑素与胃动素均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论：针对重症监护室高血压患者进行低热量肠内营养干预，可有效改善营养指标，调节营养状态和胃肠功能，积极影响显著。
