【摘要】目的：探讨静脉治疗护理在持续质量改进经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管中的效果。方法：2022年1月—2022年12月期间，纳入50例经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管患者，结合护理方案差异进行分组，两组患者均实施PICC护理质量改进管理，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用静脉治疗护理。比较两组护理前后SAS评分和SDS评分、护理满意度、一次穿刺成功率以及并发症发生率。结果：护理后，观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、总满意度、一次穿刺成功率以及并发症发生率均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：静脉治疗护理在持续质量改进经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管中的护理效果确切。
