【摘要】目的：探究急诊预检分诊护理流程应用于急腹症患者诊治中对抢救成功率的提升。方法：对本院2022年5月—2023年5月治疗的80例急腹症患者以入院顺序分组，对照组开展常规的急救护理，观察组开展急诊预检分诊护理流程，比较两组护理效果。结果：相较于对照组，观察组分诊评估时间、候诊时间与确诊时间更短，分诊准确率和抢救成功率更高，意外发生率更低，护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论：急诊预检分诊护理流程的应用可促进急腹症患者的有效治疗，可提升抢救成功率，缩短患者分诊评估以及候诊等耗费的时间，提高护理满意度。
