【摘要】目的：探讨安宁疗护对晚期肿瘤患者疼痛程度、生活质量及主观幸福度的影响。方法：选择晚期肿瘤患者共72例，收治时间为2021年6月—2023年12月，受试者的分组方式以不同治疗方案为依据，各36例，对照组患者进行对症支持治疗，研究组患者在对照组基础上开展安宁疗护，对比两组患者疼痛程度、生活质量及主观幸福度改善情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的NRS评分均明显降低，且与对照组相比，研究组NRS评分更低(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组QLO-C30各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组患者GWB评分较治疗前均明显升高，且相较于对照组，研究组GWB评分升高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论：对晚期肿瘤患者开展安宁疗护有助于缓解疼痛，提高主观幸福度及生活质量，具有较高的临床应用价值。
