育元养任方干预多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效及机制探讨(1)

     摘要：目的 觀察育元养任方干预多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床疗效。并探讨相关的作用机理。方法 以育元养任法为主要治疗原则，自拟育元养任方干预，临证按月经周期分期加减。选取符合纳入标准的患者30例，治疗3个月。通过观察与PCOS相关的月经情况、BBT情况、PCOS全身性征候、体征、各项生理激素水平的变化，卵巢局部形态的改变等，以期揭示育元养任中药治疗PCOS的调控关键。结果 治疗后月经及BBT情况明显改善;痤疮症状较治疗前明显改善，有显著性差异(P<0.05)，对PCOS患者卵巢多囊性状疗效确切。治疗前后激素水平情况有所改善(P<0.05)。结论 运用具有育元养任作用的育元养任方治疗PCOS肾阴亏虚证患者，具有良好的临床疗效。育元养任方不仅可以调节月经、促进排卵，显著降低T、LH值，还可以有效改善卵巢多囊性状，减少痤疮，通过影响下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴，调节妇科内分泌代谢，从而达到治疗目的。

    【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yuyuan Yangrenfang on the menstrual cycle and reproductive hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and to discuss its related mechanism.Methods：Taking Yuyuan Yangren method as the main treatment principle，the self-made Yuyuan Yangrenfang intervention and the clinical practice were added or subtracted according to the menstrual cycle.30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and treated for 3 months.By observing the menstrual conditions related to PCOS，BBT，PCOS general signs，physical signs，changes in various physiological hormone levels，and changes in local ovarian morphology，it is hopeful to reveal the key to the regulation of PCOS by Yuyuan Yangzhong.Results：The menstruation and BBT status improved significantly after treatment.The symptoms of acne were significantly improved in contrast with that of prior treatment，and there were significant differences.The efficacy of ovarian polycystic traits in patients with PCOS was exact.The hormone levels of the patients improved after treatment in contrast with prior treatment.Conclusion：Yuyuan Yangrenfang is effective in treating patients with PCOS kidney yin deficiency syndrome，which can not only regulate menstruation，promote ovulation，significantly reduce T and LH values，but also effectively improve ovarian polycystic traits，reduce hemorrhoids，and regulate gynecological endocrine metabolism by affecting hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis so as to reach the purpose of treatment., http://www.100md.com(沙玲 孔文文 朱垚)
