养心散瘀方治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛临床观察(1)
摘要：目的 觀察养心散瘀方治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛临床治疗效果。方法 选取2018年10月—2019年5月辽宁中医药大学附属第一医院心内科冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛患者80例，按照随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予常规西医治疗方案，即抗血小板，降脂，降压等。观察组在常规西医治疗方案上加养心散瘀方治疗。观察2组治疗效果，两周为一个疗程，共治疗两个疗程。通过西雅图心绞痛量表、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油用量、心功能，比较2组患者的临床情况。结果 观察组患者西雅图心绞痛量表指标较对照组明显改善，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组心电图疗效总有效率较对照组改善明显，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组硝酸甘油用量较对照组明显降低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组心功能较对照组明显提高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 养心散瘀方治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛明显优于单纯常规西医治疗，值得临床广泛运用。

Clinical Observation of Yangxin Sanyu Recipe in Treating Angina Pectorisafter PCI of Coronary Heart Disease

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Sanyu Recipe in the treatment of angina pectoris patients after PCI of coronary heart disease. Methods： 80 patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI of coronary heart disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group， 40 cases per group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment， namely， anti-platelet， lipid-lowering， hypotensive and so on and the observation group was added Yangxin Sanyu Recipe in the baseline of the conventional western medicine. The curative effect of the two groups was observed. Two weeks was a course of treatment and the treatment was two courses. The clinical conditions of the two groups were compared by the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale， electrocardiogram efficacy， amount of nitroglycerin and cardiac function. Results： The Seattle angina pectoris scale index in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the electrocardiogram efficacy in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The dosage of nitroglycerin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cardiac function in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： Yangxin Sanyu Recipe is better than conventional western medicine treatment for angina pectoris after PCI of coronary heart disease and is worthy of wide clinical application., 百拇医药(周易 姜钧文)
