摘要：目的旨在以“贺氏三通法”理论为指导，探讨督脉灸联合针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法选择30例就诊于石嘴山市中医院强直性脊柱炎患者，进行“温通法”督脉灸及“强通法”针刀治疗。隔3天治疗1次，3次为1疗程，治疗1个疗程。分别于治疗前后观察患者中医证候、Bath 强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)、Bath 强直性脊柱炎机体功能性活动量化指数(BASFI)、骨骼和肌肉系统活动度及脊柱疼痛 VAS 评分。结果通过治疗，患者的中医症状评分较前降低，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；患者的BASFI评分、BASDAI评分、枕墙距、胸廓活动度、指地距评分均低于治疗前，Schober试验评分高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；患者脊柱疼痛VAS评分低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论以“贺氏三通法”为理论指导，督脉灸联合针刀治疗能有效缓解伴脊柱活动受限 AS 患者项背拘挛、腰背部僵硬、疼痛及活动受限，从而减轻脊柱疼痛、晨僵及功能活动障碍，改善脊柱生理功能和提高生活质量。
