    摘 要 分析乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)孕妇孕期心理特征。这些负性心理对孕妇及胎儿将产生不良影响，不利于乙肝孕妇的身心健康和胎儿的发育。从护理干预的角度对乙肝孕妇孕期的负性心理进行综述。本文旨在提高医务人员对乙肝孕妇孕期负性心理状态的认识，从而引起足够的重视，应用有效的护理干预，促进乙肝孕妇身心健康，保障母婴安全。
