早期乳腺癌保乳手术的治疗体会28例(2)

综合治疗是保乳治疗成功的保证。本组行保乳手术后，均进行了术后放疗、化疗及根据受体情况进行内分泌治疗。
本组28例患者均完成保乳治疗，手术成功率100.0%，术后乳房外形的评价：优8例(28.6%)，良17例(60.7%)，中2例(7.1%)，差1例(3.6%)。两组在生活状况、社会功能、情绪功能、体形评价、性生活和未来看法评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。由此可见，保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌保留了乳房的完整性，临床疗效与改良根治法相当，值得临床推广。
