摘 要 目的：探讨脑卒中患者并发医院感染及其防控的情况。方法：收治脑卒中患者3126例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：脑卒中并发院内感染以呼吸道感染为主，感染病原菌以大肠埃希菌为主。结论：脑卒中患者并发医院感染的几率较高，应加强防控，以促进患者的康复。
