卡前列素防治高危产妇剖宫产术中及术后出血的临床分析

摘 要 目的：探讨卡前列素防治高危产妇剖宫产术中及术后出血的效果，以供参考。方法：收治剖宫产分娩的高危产妇87例，随机分为对照组和试验组。胎儿娩出后，对照组宫体注射缩宫素，试验组宫体注射卡前列素氨丁三醇。对比两组产妇术中出血量、术后2小时出血量、术后24小时出血量的差异性。结果：与对照组对比，试验组产妇术中出血量、术后2小时出血量、术后24小时出血量均明显较少，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对产后出血高危产妇剖宫产术中应用卡前列素可有效减少术中及术后出血量，对预防产后出血具有积极的临床意义。
