    摘 要 目的：讨论输卵管三结套扎方法在绝育术中的应用。方法：通过1161例经腹输卵管结扎术3种结扎方法结扎输卵管，比较3种结扎方法的优缺点。结果：术中出血量：A组和B组均少，C组较多；手术时间：A组、B组较短，C组较长；术后并发症：术后3个月内宫内妊娠A组、B组、C组各1例。结论：输卵管三结套扎方法手术时间较短，血管损伤轻、术中的出血量少、输卵管损伤最轻，感染的机会和远期并发症均较少，相对另外两种方法是一种较好的输卵管结扎手术方法。
