老年患者营养不良及其并发症的探究

摘 要 目的：研究老年患者营养不良的诱发因素以及对并发症的影响。方法：收治老年患者89例，根据患者的营养状况对患者进行分组，其中观察组39例存在营养不良症状，对照组50例营养状况良好，回顾性分析两组的病历资料。结果：观察组贫血、低蛋白血症、感染性并发症以及非感染性并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：当老年患者存在营养不良症状时，出现贫血、低蛋白血症的几率相对较高，应加强对患者的饮食干预，纠正营养不良症状。
