综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析(1)

    摘 要 目的：评价综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：将160例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组，各80例。观察组采用机械牵引、推拿按摩结合射频和药物治疗，对照组采用机械牵引和推拿按摩。对比两组治疗效果和疼痛VAS评分。结果：观察组治疗总有效率、疼痛VAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果良好，能够有效缓解疼痛。
