降钙素原在感染性疾病中的应用

摘 要 目的：探讨降钙素原在感染性疾病中的应用。方法：住院患者787例，所有受检者在接受抗生素治疗前，清晨空腹抽取静脉血，测定血浆PCT和高敏C-反应蛋白(CRP)，与正常体检者进行比较。结果：病原体检测结果：165例培养结果阳性，其中痰培养阳性110例(58.8%)，分泌物培养阳性57例(30.4%)，血培养阳性20例(10.6%)；PCT和CRP检测结果：细菌感染组PCT检测结果与对照组比较t=3.2719，P=0.005(P<0.01)；细菌感染组CRP与对照组比较t=3.951，P=0.005(P<0.01)。结论：PCT可作为细菌感染的监测指标，它可以弥补细菌培养耗时的缺点，为经验使用抗生素提供依据。
