    摘 要 目的：探讨原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者围手术期的护理与疗效，以提高护理质量。方法：收治因甲状腺功能亢进行甲状腺大部分切除术的患者120例，收集临床资料，总结其术前、术后的护理措施及对术后并发症的防治等方法。结果：手术治疗120例，治愈112例(93.3%)，复发2例(1.7%)，术后并发手术切口感染8例(6.7%)，甲状腺功能低下6例(5.0%)，无甲状腺危象发生。结论：原发性甲状腺功能亢进症围手术期的护理工作是保证手术安全、减少术后并发症的关键。
