    摘 要 发展中国家先天性心脏病患儿术前营养不良患病率高达45%。营养不良所导致的生长发育迟缓是先天性心脏病患儿成长中最严重的问题之一，如果不及时治疗，患儿可能会造成永久性的残疾，并且外科矫正手术预后较差，对体重不足的患儿施行心脏手术会增加死亡率和发病率。探讨造成先天性心脏病患儿营养不良的主要原因，并给出科学喂养建议。
