三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性肾盂肾炎34例临床疗效分析

摘 要 目的：探讨三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法：收治急性肾盂肾炎患者68例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各34例。其中对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗，观察组给予三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果：经治疗后，两组的治疗总有效率相当，均可达85.3%以上，但观察组的临床症状消失时间明显比对照组快，其病情复发率也远低于对照组。结论：采用三金片复合左氧氟沙星治疗急性肾盂肾炎临床疗效确切，能够明显消除患者的临床症状，有效控制病情复发。
