宫颈癌初筛应用宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检测联合阴道境检查的临床价值

摘 要 目的：探讨宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检测联合阴道镜检查在宫颈癌初筛中的临床应用价值。方法：收治宫颈癌初筛患者2 169例，其中使用宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检测联合阴道镜检查的1 104例初筛者作为研究组，1 065例单纯使用宫颈刮片脱落细胞学筛查者作为对照组；分析对比两组检测所得阳性率，并对所检出的病变行病理学检测。结果：研究组检测阳性率及CIN Ⅰ、CIN Ⅱ和CIN Ⅲ的检出率均明显高于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检测联合阴道镜筛查宫颈癌癌前病变效果显著，能提高宫颈癌排查率。
