手术治疗糖尿病的护理措施

摘 要 一直以来，糖尿病被认为是一种慢性内科疾病，是一个不断进展、不能治愈的过程，只能通过长期的饮食控制及药物治疗来稳定病情，延缓发展。近年来国外研究发现胃转流术(GBP)可以长期稳定地缓解2型糖尿病，并能减少糖尿病并发症。自2012年以来，本院先后开展胃转流术治疗糖尿病病例23例，在护理人员的精心护理下，均取得了良好的治疗效果。
