老年瘫痪患者压疮相关因素的探讨

摘 要 目的：探讨老年瘫痪患者发生压疮的相关因素。方法：对100例老年瘫痪患者进行调查，对7个因素作了相关性分析，按评估标准测试值，确定最佳临界点。结果：7个因素与压疮的发生均显著相关。结论：相关因素≥19分时，需加强防护措施。
