    摘 要 目的：探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠的分娩方式。方法：回顾性分析130例剖宫产术后再次妊娠孕妇的分娩方式。结果：130例孕妇中阴道分娩13例，再次剖宫产117例。结论：剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩符合试产条件者应给予试产，以降低剖宫产率。
