    摘 要 目的：探讨复方芎芷散治疗血管神经性头痛的临床效果。方法：2012年8月-2013年7月收治血管神经性头痛患者30例，采用复方芎芷散作为基础方加味治疗，临床随症加减。结果：30例中治愈20例，好转6例，未愈4例，总有效率86.6%。结论：复方芎芷散治疗血管神经性头痛疗效颇佳，值得临床推广使用。
