    摘 要 目的：神经内科疾病中，部分患者伴有排尿功能异常，因尿失禁或尿潴留而需要进行留置导尿，但在患者留置导尿过程中容易发生泌尿系感染、漏尿、尿道损伤等问题，积极有效的护理措施能减少以上并发症的发生。
