优质护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

摘 要 目的：探讨优质护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法：将200例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各100例，对照组由责任护士根据医嘱进行治疗及常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予优质护理干预，比较两组患者干预前后血糖控制情况、糖尿病知识掌握情况及护理干预效果。结果：观察组患者治疗后血糖均值低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组患者糖尿病知识掌握情况及治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：对糖尿病患者进行优质护理干预可有效提高患者治疗依从性，对临床治疗起到很好的辅助作用，提高了糖尿病患者的生活质量。
