    摘 要 目的：随着人们自我保护意识的提高，护患关系的维系在整个治疗过程中的作用显得尤为重要。为预防护患纠纷，护理人员应认真履行岗位职责，通过培训提高整体素质，护理管理者需规范门诊输液流程，及时发现输液中存在的安全隐患并采取相应的改进措施。本文就如何预防及解决门诊输液室护患纠纷做一简单阐述，以期望对临床工作有所帮助。
