膀胱结石行经尿道膀胱镜好克钳碎石治疗的临床疗效分析(1)

    摘 要 目的：分析尿道膀胱镜好克钳碎石治疗膀胱结石的临床效果。方法：2013年4月-2014年2月收治膀胱结石患者118例，按数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，每组59例。对照组予传统经腹结石摘除术，研究组予经尿道膀胱镜好克钳碎石。比较分析两组患者的手术时间、尿管留置时间、术中出血量、住院天数以及术后并发症等指标。结果：研究组手术时间、尿管留置时间、术中出血量、住院天数及术后并发症均少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经尿道膀胱镜好克钳碎石治疗效果较好，安全性高且术后并发症少。
