头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎96例观察(1)

    摘 要 目的：观察头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素对社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的疗效。方法：将96例CAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例，治疗组以头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗，对照组以青霉素联合阿米卡星治疗，疗程7～14天，两组均辅以其他对症治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率95.8%，高于对照组的85.4%(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗CAP疗效确切，可以作为CAP经验性治疗方案之一。
