    摘要目的：探究并分析38例女性卵巢早衰患者的临床治疗疗效。方法：在某医院随机选取卵巢早衰女性患者38例，根据患者的临床资料进行研究和分析，并采取相应的临床治疗措施。结果：38例女性卵巢早衰患者经过一段时间治疗后，临床治疗总有效率高达84.21%。治疗后患者的血清性激素的水平和子宫内膜厚度优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：正确的临床和实验室诊断以及对症治疗是治疗和改善女性卵巢早衰病变的关键。
