    摘要临床药学在药物调剂中具有较大的积极意义，本研究通过以下几项工作进行论证。首先，根据实际案例，确认潜在或者是实际工作中，存在的与药物治疗相关的问题；其次，根据当下的工作要求，解决工作中存在的与药物治疗有关系的问题；第三，制定全新的工作，预防潜在的与药物治疗相关的问题。今后的药物调剂工作，可以融入临床药学的指导工作，为患者提供最符合治疗的药物，实现更快康复，降低疾病的复发概率。
