    摘要目的：总结妊娠剧吐患者的诊治经验。方法：对53例妊娠剧吐患者的临床资料进行分析，入院后检查患者电解质、酸碱平衡、肝肾功能、甲状腺功能，根据患者检查结果，给予相应治疗。结果：52例水电解质代谢及酸碱平衡紊乱得到纠正，1例终止妊娠。52例完成妊娠并且新生儿正常。结论：妊娠剧吐应结合具体情况给予相应的治疗。
