    摘 要 目的：探讨重症支气管哮喘的临床特征及治疗方案。方法：2012年2月-2013年2月收治重症哮喘患者32例，行氧疗、大剂量皮质激素、抗生素等综合治疗。结果：32例患者经治疗后哮喘症状全部缓解，无死亡病例。结论：重症支气管哮喘患者病情较为危重，临床通过大剂量皮质激素、抗生素治疗，并进行及时的通气是抢救患者、保护患者生命的重要方式。
