碳素棒外固定支架治疗跟骨开放性骨折的疗效观察(1)

摘 要 目的：探讨碳素棒外固定支架治疗根骨开放性骨折技术方法和临床治疗效果分析。方法：2012年6月-12月收治根骨开放性骨折患者20例，分析病例资料。结果：本组20例患者中随访5～26个月，按Maryland足部评分系统，评价手术效果：优7例(35.00%)，良10例(50.00%)，一般3例(15%)，优良率85.00%。Bohler角、Gissane角、后关节面均可得到良好的恢复。结论：使用碳素棒外固定支架治疗根骨开放性骨折，手术效果良好，且软组织损伤处理效果较佳，可以在根骨开放性骨折临床治疗中推广应用。
