    摘 要 目的：探讨实境横截面检查联合床边查房在提高低年资护士核心能力中的应用。方法：2013年1月-12月选取低年资护士38名，实行实境横截面检查联合床边护理查房模式对护理人员进行工作指导及考核。结果：实施后护士核心能力测评结果优于实施前，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：开展实境横截面检查联合床边护理查房模式有利于提高低年资护士语言表达和沟通能力及其分析、判断问题、解决疑难问题的能力，促进护患关系的改善，真正提高了年轻护士的核心能力。
