    摘 要 外伤患者的院前急救为抢救生命的黄金时期。对出诊人员进行严格管理，提高院前急救水平，增强护士急救意识和急救能力，是做好院前急救的关键。我院通过对出诊人员实行严格管理、对患者实施良好的治疗和护理，无一例因院前急救发生医疗纠纷，在社会上取得了一定好评。
