护理干预在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的效果观察(1)

    摘 要 目的：观察护理干预在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的作用，探讨如何提高小儿哮喘雾化治疗的效果。方法：将79例哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施雾化治疗常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预，对两组治疗效果、住院时间、治疗的依从性、护理满意度进行对比。结果：观察组总有效率94.87%，明显高于对照组82.05%；观察组住院时间缩短、治疗的依从性高。结论：护理干预可以提高哮喘患儿雾化治疗的效果，提高护理满意度，缩短住院时间节约医疗成本，值得推广。
