摘 要 目的：探讨运用根本原因分析法(root cause analysis，RCA)提高消毒供应室工作安全质量，降低安全风险。方法：通过对已发生的安全风险问题进行回顾性分析调查，找出问题发生的根本原因，制定一系列对策及改进措施，对应用根本原因分析法前后的安全风险质量进行比较。结果：应用根本原因分析法后管腔类器械清洗质量不合格率由11.23%下降至0.63%，湿包发生率由18%下降至0，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，外来器械标签与器械不相符发生率0。结论：使用根本原因分析法能有效地实行质量持续改进，提高工作人员的安全风险意识，降低消毒供应室安全风险的发生。
