肺结核合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征临床规范治疗体会

摘 要 目的：探讨肺结核合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征采用规范方案治疗临床体会。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治肺结核合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者40例，均采用双水平无创正压通气呼吸机治疗，回顾其临床资料。结果：本组患者治疗后，PaO2明显下降，呼吸频率、心率、pH值明显上升，相较治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肺结核合并急性呼吸窘迫综合症的患者，采用双水平正压无创呼吸机治疗，可显著改善临床症状，促使预后好转，具有非常积极的应用价值，值得临床普遍推广。
