二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的效果分析

摘 要 目的：分析应用二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的临床疗效。方法：2011年10月-2013年10月收治多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者126例，按数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，每组63例；对照组给予克罗米芬单药治疗，研究组给予二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗，比较两组性激素水平、血糖指标及排卵和妊娠治疗情况。结果：研究组FSH、T、FINS水平均优于对照组，且排卵率69.84%及妊娠率23.80%均高于对照组的26.98%、11.11%，组间比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者临床疗效具有积极影响。
