癌症疼痛的原因分析及心理护理对策

摘 要 目的：疼痛是癌症患者最常见和最难以忍受的症状之一，对患者的身心及社会支持系统等多方面产生影响，患者自身对癌症疼痛治疗的依从性可以直接影响治疗效果。对患者施行针对性的心理护理干预措施，可以提升患者的依从度，以此为基础给予药物治疗及其他止痛措施，可以更为有效地缓解其疼痛症状，提高其生存质量。因此，本文对癌症疼痛的多种原因进行分析，并从心理护理的角度提出相关对策，以期帮助癌症患者减轻、解除疼痛，提高其生活质量。
