埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑用于胃溃疡治疗临床疗效对比研究

摘 要 目的：探讨分析埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑在治疗胃溃疡疾病的临床效果。方法：2008年3月-2010年2月收治幽门螺旋杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者175例，回顾性分析其临床资料，并将这些患者在各自的意愿下随机分成埃索美拉唑组86例和奥美拉唑组89例。埃索美拉唑组和奥美拉唑组均在应用克拉霉素和阿莫西林的基础上，再分别应用埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑进行治疗。结果：奥美拉唑组的临床疗效明显低于埃索美拉唑组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：埃索美拉唑治疗胃溃疡总有效率比较理想，且不良反应少，是安全有效的首选药物。
