硫酸镁在妊高症治疗中的临床应用分析

摘 要 目的：对硫酸镁在妊高症治疗中的临床疗效进行分析。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治妊高症患者80例，所有患者均采用硫酸镁进行静脉滴注，对比治疗前后症状以及血压改变。结果：与治疗前相比较，治疗后在收缩压、舒张压以及蛋白尿方面明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，4例发生产后出血，并发症发生率5.00%。结论：对于妊高症采用硫酸镁进行治疗，临床疗效理想，能使血压得到有效降低，改善临床症状，减少发生抽搐以及脑血管意外概率，具有临床应用价值。
