    摘 要 目的：分析40岁以下青年急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床特点。方法：2008年1月-2012年1月收治AMI患者40例，年龄≤40岁，分析其临床特点。结果：危险因素比较中，吸烟34例(85%)位于第一位；在临床特点中，典型胸痛36例(90%)位于第一位。结论：青年AMI患者病情虽凶险，但如及时准确治疗，多数预后良好。
