外伤致胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定术的临床观察(1)

摘 要 目的：探讨胫骨平台骨折手术的治疗方法和临床效果。方法：2006-2009年收治胫骨平台骨折患者60例，总结临床体会。结果：60例手术患者，随访1～5年，其中优39例，良16例，一般3例，差2例，优良率91.6%。结论：胫骨平台骨折手术要力求功能复位，充分植骨，最佳固定，最大程度恢复关节结构和功能，是保证关节面的平整和关节稳定重要因素。术后早期合理的功能锻炼能明显减少并发症的发生。

Abstract Objective：To explore the treatment method and clinical effect of the surgery of tibial plateau fracture.Methods：60 cases with tibial plateau fracture in operative treatment were selected from 2006 to 2009.We summarized the clinical experiences.Results：60 cases of surgical patients were followed up for 1 to 5 years.39 cases were excellent；16 cases were good；3 cases were general；2 cases were bad；the rate of excellent and good cases was 91.6%.Conclusion：The surgery of tibial plateau fracture tries to realize function restoration ......
