改良小切口手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床价值

摘 要 目的：探讨改良小切口手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床价值。方法：2011年5月-2013年3月收治甲状腺瘤患者58例，随机为治疗组和对照组，各29例。对照组采用传统开放式手术进行治疗，治疗组采用改良小切口手术进行治疗。观察对比两组手术时间、住院时间、出血量、护患满意度以及术后并发症发生情况。结果：治疗组在手术时间、住院时间、出血量、护患满意度以及术后并发症发生情况方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：改良小切口手术治疗甲状腺瘤可提高患者的治疗效果，减少术后患者的并发症情况，值得在临床上推广应用。
