急性重症胰腺炎手术治疗临床分析

摘 要 目的：探讨急性重症胰腺炎手术治疗临床体会。方法：2011年8月-2013年11月收治急性重症胰腺炎患者47例，全部采用手术方法进行治疗，对其治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果：手术之后，45例患者治疗有效，治疗总效率95.74%；2例患者死亡，其中1例死于腹腔感染，1例死于手术过后脏器功能衰竭。与患者治疗之前相比较，治疗以后的身体情况以及各个细胞因子明显好转(P<0.05)。结论：对于急性重症胰腺炎患者采用手术治疗过程中，通过选择合适的治疗时机，能够有效地提高患者的治愈率和促进身体恢复，充分实现引流和减压的效果。
