肠结核患者心理健康与社会支持状况的调查分析(1)

【摘要】 目的：调查肠结核患者心理健康状况与社会支持状况及其关系。方法：对48例肠结核患者及对照组使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行评定,结果采用t检验、相关分析进行统计分析。结果：同对照组相比，肠结核患者存在明显心理障碍，尤其以躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等显著(P<0.01)。肠结核患者的社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；心理健康评分与支持总分、支持利用度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论：肠结核患者心理健康问题严重,社会支持低,患者的心理健康与其社会支持状况密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological health and social support in patients with intestinal tuberculosis and it,s relationship. Methods Questionnaires of Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used in 48 patients with intestinal tuberculosis and 45 healthy volunteers. Statistical analyses were processed using t test and correlation analysis.Results Compared with control group,The factor-score of SCL-90 such as somatizationin,interpersonal sensitivity,depression，anxiety，phobia of the intestinal tuberculosis patients were significent higher (P<0.01).The subjective support and social support availability of social support evaluation scale among the intestinal tuberculosis patients was lower than the control group(P<0.05，P<0.01).The results of SCL-90 and SSRS has a negitive relationship(P<0.05).Conclusion There are serious psychological health problem and lower social support in patients with intestinal tuberculosis. Psychological health is closely related to the social support in patients with intestinal tuberculosis.
