【摘要】:目的:观察中药配合针灸联合治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:我院58例肩周炎患者,取太阳、阳明经穴为主,配合局部取穴和经验效穴针灸,辅助温经散寒、通络止痛、活血化瘀之中药汤剂调治。结果:58例患者中,治愈32例,显效18例,好转5例,无效3例。结论:太阳、阳明经取穴配合局部、经验效穴,辅以温经宣痹汤是治疗肩关节周围炎的有效方法。

    [abstract]:Objective Observe Chinese Medicine and acupuncture treatment to the bursitis in shoulder curative effect.Method There are 58 example meeting standards in our hospital.To acupuncture points in Taiyang and Yangming meridian,plus points in part and experience points,and take chinese medicine of warming channel and expelling cold,activating meridians stop pain,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. Result There are 32 example in mend,18 example in excellence,5 example in provement,3 example in ineffectiveness.Conclusion The effective methods to cure the bursitis in sholder is to acupuncture points in Taiyang and Yangming meridian,plus points in part and experience points and take the chinese medicine. ......
