【摘要】目的:分析240例阑尾切除术时机选择。方法:2001～2008年240例行阑尾手术,按发病时间分3组,3天以内组,4～7天组,8天以上组。结果:3天以内组165例,手术切除165例(100%)4～7天组62例,手术切除54例(87.5%),除5例(8.3%)伤口感染外,无其他严重并发症。8天以上组13例,手术切除3例(23%)。结论:7天以内发病的急性阑尾炎仍应选择手术切除。

    【Abstract】Objective:Analyzing theappendectomy tme of actue appendictis. Methods:Acumulated 240.patients suffering from actute appendictis from the year 2000to2008.All have undergone appendectomy.Results:165 patients of disease during 3 days all do appendectomy(100%);54 of 62 patients of disease during 4～7days do it(87.5%);3 of 13 patients of disease 8 days more do it(23%). Condusion:It is the best way to choose appendectomy therapy for actue appendicitis patients during 7 days.
